Sanitation Practices

• All laundry is cleaned in a hot temperature of water with bleach. No two guests will ever share linens.

• All guests receive fresh, clean, and disinfected sheets, towels, and linens.

• All implements and tools are sanitized with an EPA~registered disinfectant.

• Only nitrile gloves are used in studio for services and disinfecting.

Reservation

• Hand sanitizer and shoe protectors will be provided if need be.

• Up to a 10~minute grace period after your reservation time will be granted. If exceeded will result in the loss of your deposit and will require a new reservation. Any no~call, no-show will be charged full treatment cost. Repeated no~call, no~show will result in loss of future reservations.

• Please do not bring any company or pets with you to your reservation. Only the person being serviced will be allowed in the treatment room.

• If you have an open rash or lesion on the body, you will be referred to see your doctor and your reservation will be rescheduled for a later date.

• If you are sick with an active illness, please reschedule prior to 24 hours of your reservation.

• If you have recently recovered from being sick, please advise. This includes the common cold, flu, fever, shingles, chicken pox, and viral infections.

• If your reservation is right after your workout, please allow enough time to shower prior to arrival.

• For your best experience, please arrive at your reservation a few minutes early in order to get settled and complete client intake forms; if applicable.
